Terms of service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Aziya Enterprises LLC website and your purchase of CuraVita360 Robotics products. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products, descriptions & pricing

We strive to describe products accurately, but specifications, images, and pricing may change and may contain errors. We reserve the right to correct errors, refuse or cancel orders (including after an order is placed) where a product is mislisted or unavailable, and to limit quantities. If we cancel a paid order for these reasons, we will refund you in full.

3. Orders, pre-orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation or ship the item. Pre-order items are configured to order and may require a deposit; cancellation and refund terms for pre-orders are set out in the Refund & Return Policy. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout.

4. Intended use & safety

CuraVita360 Robotics products are wellness and lifestyle companions for general well-being support. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they do not replace professional medical care or emergency services. You agree to use products in accordance with their instructions and applicable law, to supervise use around children and vulnerable persons, and not to rely on the product for emergency response.

5. Software, updates & accounts

Products may include software and receive over-the-air updates. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software with your robot. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or products, including by attempting to breach security, reverse-engineer software except as permitted by law, infringe intellectual property, or use the products to harm others.

7. Intellectual property

All site content and the CuraVita360 brand, logos, text, and designs are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. You may not copy or use them without permission.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is.” We disclaim implied warranties except those that cannot be excluded. Our total liability for any claim arising from a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including non-excludable consumer rights).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Aziya Enterprises LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the products or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [governing venue], unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
