Refund policy

We want you to feel confident buying a humanoid companion from us. This policy explains when and how you can return a product or cancel an order.

30-day return window — Companion Mini

You may return a Companion Mini within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is in original condition with all included accessories, packaging, and documentation. To start a return, email care@curavita360health.com with your order number. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

        Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned unit.

        Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

        Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns; we provide a prepaid label for defective or incorrectly-shipped items.

        A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to opened, non-defective units, and will be disclosed before you ship the return.

Pre-order cancellations — Coach (R1) & Companion One

Because full-size humanoids are configured to order, they follow a dedicated process:

        Before configuration begins: cancel any time for a full refund of all amounts paid, including deposit.

        After configuration begins but before shipment: deposit may be partially non-refundable to cover configuration and supplier commitments; the amount is disclosed at checkout and in your order confirmation.

        After shipment: these made-to-order units are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but remain fully covered by the Warranty for defects.

Defective or “not as described” items

If any product arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you, including return shipping. This is in addition to your rights under the Warranty (Section 7.3) and any non-excludable rights under applicable consumer law.

How to start a return or report a problem

1.     Email care@curavita360health.com with your order number and a short description (photos/video help, especially for damage).

2.     We issue an RMA and instructions (and a prepaid label where applicable).

3.     Ship the item back in its original packaging, or follow freight pickup instructions for large units.

4.     We inspect on arrival and process your refund, replacement, or repair.

Exceptions

Gift cards, downloadable content, and clearly-marked final-sale items are non-returnable. Accessories and add-on routine packs follow the 30-day rule when unopened.
