About the Robots

Are these real humanoid robots?

Yes. All three walk and move on two legs (or are purpose-built for the home) β€” they’re genuine humanoids, not speakers with a face. The Companion Mini is child-sized; the Coach and Companion One are larger and more capable.

What’s the difference between the three models?

Companion Mini is our approachable, child-sized entry humanoid β€” great for first-timers, families, and gifting. Coach (R1) is a full-size, agile humanoid that actively demonstrates movement and coaches in real time. Companion One is our flagship, with the most advanced mobility, conversation, and runtime. How tall and heavy are they?

Companion Mini is about 94 cm (3.1 ft) and ~12 kg. Coach is about 123 cm (4 ft) and ~25 kg.
Companion One is about 127 cm (4.2 ft) and ~35 kg. Each product page lists exact
specifications.

Can they actually walk, or just stand and talk?

They walk, balance, gesture, and move. The Coach and Companion One use dynamic locomotion and can demonstrate movement; the Companion Mini walks and performs expressive motions at a child-sized scale.

What can the robot help me with day to day?

Guided wellness routines such as sleep wind-downs, breathing exercises, stretch and mobility sessions, hydration and medication reminders, daily check-ins, and gentle encouragement to keep healthy habits on track.

Can it really coach my wellness?

It guides routines and supports healthy habits with reminders, demonstrations, and check-ins. It is a wellness companion, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical care.

What does β€œconfigured for me” mean?

After you take the Wellness Match quiz, we pre-load the routines, reminders, and coaching style that fit your goals before the robot ships, so it’s useful the moment you power it on.

How hard is it to set up?

Minimal. Smaller models are essentially power-on-and-go. Full-size models include setup guidance, and Companion One includes white-glove delivery with in-home setup support.

Do I need Wi-Fi?

Yes, a home Wi-Fi connection is recommended for voice interaction, the companion app, routine updates, and new features.

Is there an app?

Yes. The companion app lets you adjust routines, reminders, preferences, and coaching style, and unlocks new behaviors over time.

What languages are supported?

Supported languages are listed on each product page. Voice interaction availability varies by model and region.

What about updates?

Routines and capabilities improve over time through over-the-air updates and our growing routine library, at no extra cost for included features.

How long does the battery last?

It varies by model β€” roughly one hour of active use on the Coach (with a hot-swap battery) and about two hours on Companion One. The Companion Mini recharges on its included dock. Actual runtime depends on use.

Can multiple people in my household use it?

Yes. The robots can recognize and greet household members and keep separate routines and preferences where supported.

Is this a medical device?

No. CuraVita360 Robotics products are wellness and lifestyle companions. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they do not replace professional medical care or emergency services.

Can it call for help in an emergency?

The robots are not emergency-response devices and should not be relied on for medical alerts or emergencies. In an emergency, always call your local emergency number. Some models offer reminder and check-in features, but these are wellness aids, not safety-monitoring systems.

Is it safe around children, pets, and older adults?

The robots are designed for home use, and the Companion Mini’s child-sized scale makes it especially approachable. As with any powered device, adult supervision is recommended around young children and vulnerable persons, and you should follow the product instructions.

What data does the robot collect, and is it private?

We aim to minimize personal data and avoid collecting sensitive health information. Account settings, routine preferences, and diagnostic data may be processed to provide and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details and your choices.

Can I use it if I have a medical condition or take medication?

The robot can provide general reminders, but it is not a substitute for medical advice. Always follow your healthcare provider’s guidance for any condition or medication, and consult them before relying on reminders for critical medications.

How is it delivered and set up?

Smaller models ship by insured courier; larger models ship freight with white-glove delivery and setup guidance. Lead times depend on the model and are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Why are some models pre-order?

Full-size humanoids are configured to order and sourced per sale, so they ship within a pre-order window rather than from on-hand stock. This lets us offer them without long-term inventory markups.

What are the lead times?

Companion Mini typically ships in 2–4 weeks. Coach and Companion One ship within the pre-order window shown at checkout. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for current estimates.

What’s your return policy?

Companion Mini can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Pre-order models follow a dedicated cancellation process depending on configuration status. Defective items are always covered. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

Is there a warranty?

Yes β€” a limited 1-year hardwarewarranty with onboarding support, plus optional extended coverage at checkout.

Can I finance one?

Companion One offers monthly financing. Financing options for other models appear at checkout where available.

Do you ship internationally?
